Return & Refund Policy

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with original packaging included.

Original condition Products must be returned in their original condition with all included parts and packaging.
Unused items only Returned items must show normal handling only and may not be visibly worn or damaged.
Hygiene products Items related to personal hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
Damaged items Any damage or defect must be reported immediately after delivery.
Processing time Approved returns are typically processed within 7 business days after arrival.

Include your full name, shipping address and photos in case of damage or defects.

Once approved, we will provide the correct return address and further instructions.

Cancellation & Withdrawal

Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Because orders are processed quickly through our automated fulfillment system, cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered transit.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email with a clear statement of your decision to cancel your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider or bank.

Important Information

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please do not send returns to the sender address listed on the package, as this is not our designated return facility.

International transit times may vary depending on the shipping destination and local carrier operations.
