PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
RETURNS
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. The order must include all original parts, components and packaging, and the product must be returned in its original condition.
2. The product must show normal handling only. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
4. Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt.
5. We are entitled to charge the customer for return shipping costs.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

Make sure your email includes the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage or breakage
- Customer first and last name
- Customer address
We will then provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send your return to the sender address. The correct return address will only be provided after your request has been approved.
You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity.
A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, has received the last goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once an order has been submitted. Cancellation is not possible while the order is in transit.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Victoria & Claire) by means of a clear declaration, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed once we have received the returned goods.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
NOTICE FOR GOODS IN TRANSIT
As our goods may be shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are outside our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us.
Of course, you may inform us in advance that you wish to cancel your order.
To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs and excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods.
For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
IMPORTANT
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
